About Me
Before becoming a Counsellor in Private Practice, I worked extensively across East Sussex and London in Children & Family Services, as well as with local mental health, substance misuse, and bereavement charities. With over two decades of experience dedicated to supporting people’s wellbeing, my professional journey has given me deep expertise in helping individuals navigate trauma, domestic abuse, bereavement, grief, loss, ADHD, identity issues and the impact these themes have on relationships.
I decided to set up in Private Practice from my home, motivated by a desire to provide an even more personalised and confidential therapeutic experience. Here, I am able to create a safe, welcoming environment, thoughtfully designed to meet each client’s unique needs and foster a genuine sense of safety and warmth throughout their therapeutic journey.

What I Bring To
The Therapy Space
Life Experience
I bring my own personal experience of therapy which I have worked through during my training as well as during other difficult points in my life.
Flexibility
I offer sessions during evenings and weekends to accommodate different schedules. My therapy room is on the ground floor, making it accessible for those with mobility concerns. I am committed to providing reasonable notice if I ever need to change or cancel a session, though this is rare.
Warmth & Connection
I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel genuinely heard and supported. My approach is rooted in building a strong therapeutic relationship, which I believe is essential for meaningful change.
Holistic Approach
My practice is informed by a holistic perspective, considering the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. I tailor my integrative approach to suit your unique needs, drawing on a blend of therapeutic methods to support your journey using both talking and creative approaches.
Creativity
Sometimes it is too painful to put into words what you may be feeling. I therefore also use creative approaches through sandtray work, drawing and music.
