Therapeutic Support I Offer

Individual Talking Therapy –
Adults & Young Peopleβ
β
I am an Integrative Counsellor serving the Hastings & St Leonards area of East Sussex. Choosing counselling is a courageous first step toward a deeper self-awareness and making meaningful changes in your life.
My approach is rooted in exploring how early attachment experiences and past relationships may influence your present feelings, behaviours, and challenges. I am trauma-informed and place a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection in healing. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you explore and understand the different internal parts of yourself—especially those that may be in conflict or holding you back.

Child & Adolescent Counsellor
(Specialising in Transition)
β
My focus is supporting people as they navigate emotional, academic, and social changes. With over 20 years of experience working with young people aged 11 to 25 in both individual and family settings, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced during the transition from childhood to adolescence.
β
I offer a holistic, tailored approach that recognises each young person’s individual needs. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where children and adolescents can heal, grow, and develop the resilience needed to thrive. I am committed to guiding them through what can sometimes be a difficult journey, fostering emotional well-being so that they can embrace change with confidence.

Therapeutic Parenting Coach
β
I am a qualified therapeutic parenting coach using evidence based models.
I support parents in navigating challenging behaviours through the difficult transitions from childhood into adolescence. I use attachment theory, neuroscience and trauma based approaches, to help with rebuilding relationships, improve parent-child communication and family dynamics.
I also use practical techniques and strategies to increase emotional regulation.

Creative Therapy
β
Sometimes, words alone aren’t enough to express what we’re feeling. For both adults and young people, talking therapy can feel overwhelming or simply not the right fit at certain times. I therefore sometimes use creative therapies to further enhance the therapy sessions.
Using methods such as sand tray therapy, art, clay, and music, I provide opportunities for self-expression that go beyond conversation. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can explore your feelings in your own way, at your own pace, and discover new paths to healing and personal growth.

Bereavement, Grief & Lossβ
β
Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply personal—but you don’t have to face it alone. Our counselling sessions provide a compassionate, safe space to explore your emotions at your own pace.
Whether you’re coping with bereavement, navigating loss, or struggling with unresolved grief, I'm here to listen without judgment. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means learning to carry your loss with strength and support.
